Delivery Information

DELIVERIES

If the product is in stock at the supplier's warehouse, the delivery time is 10-12 business days. Otherwise, the delivery time will be between 4-8 weeks, depending on the product. The delivery time starts counting once payment is confirmed as received in our bank account (in the case of a bank transfer) or after the transaction is confirmed (if payment is made by card).

? Cancellation due to delay: The buyer may cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds the specified period in the email by more than 10 days, and request a refund of the deposit.


Urgent Delivery

If you need the order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us, and we will find the best option to ensure timely delivery.


Delivery Time to the Canary Islands

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 25-30 business days. For smaller islands, please allow an additional 4 business days.


Delivery Time to the Balearic Islands

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 5-14 business days. Deliveries are made by container ship via Barcelona or Valencia.


Delivery Time in Europe

For deliveries within continental Europe, the estimated delivery time is 15-22 business days.


Other Special Cases

  • Deliveries to shopping centers or pedestrian streets with time restrictions: Please consult with our Commercial Department for delivery times.
  • In the case of custom or made-to-order items, delivery times should be confirmed by contacting us at ross.makarenko@gmail.com.

Access Conditions and Delivery

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the access conditions to the delivery location allow for the effective delivery of the product without additional equipment.

  • If the delivery requires the use of specific equipment, such as freight elevators, the buyer must ensure this equipment is available.
  • The goods will be delivered to the ground floor, and the buyer is responsible for transporting the goods to upper floors if necessary.

Refusal of Delivery and Order Verification

Upon receiving the product, it is mandatory for the buyer to check the condition of the package and the product at the time of delivery. If visible damage to the packaging is detected, it is important to note this on the carrier's delivery note before signing.

  • TheXATA and the shipping companies are not responsible for any damages detected after the order has been accepted. Therefore, immediate inspection is essential.

In the event of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivery or the absence of the buyer during two delivery attempts, the buyer must arrange for the collection of the goods from the transport agency designated by TheXATA at their own cost and risk and ensure their delivery to the desired address.

Important: The inability to deliver the products will not be grounds for canceling the sale without the agreement of TheXATA.


Insurance Option for Goods

If you wish to insure your goods against damage during transport, please check with the selected carrier whether they offer this option. The terms and costs of insurance vary depending on the transport provider.
