Delivery Information

DELIVERIES

If the product is available in our warehouse in Valencia (Spain), the delivery time is 10-12 working days. Otherwise, the delivery time will be between 4-8 weeks, depending on the product. The count starts once the payment is verified as a deposit in our current account in the case of a transfer, or once the deposit is confirmed if it is with a card. The product purchaser can cancel their order if the delivery time indicated by email is exceeded by more than 10 days, and request a refund of the deposit.

If you need the order URGENTLY or on a specific date, contact us and we will find the best option to ensure everything arrives on time.

Delivery time to the Canary Islands

Delivery to the Canary Islands takes 25-30 working days. For smaller islands, please add 4 more working days.

Delivery time to the Balearic Islands

Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 5-14 working days. Shipping is done by container ship via Barcelona or Valencia.

Delivery time in Europe

Delivery within continental Europe takes 15-22 working days.

The buyer declares that they have ensured the delivery location access conditions allow effective delivery of the product without special equipment. If delivery requires the use of specific equipment (in particular, a forklift), the client must ensure its availability. The goods will be delivered to the ground floor, and it is the client's responsibility to move them to upper floors or premises. In the case of unjustified refusals or absence of the buyer during two delivery attempts, the buyer must organize, at their own cost and risk, the collection of the products from the transport agency designated by TheXATA (LLC «THEXATA») and their effective delivery to the desired address. Under no circumstances will the material impossibility of delivery allow the cancellation of the sale without the agreement of TheXATA (LLC «THEXATA»).
