2. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of information on the online store https://thexata.es/, as well as commercial transactions between the legal entity responsible for the site and users of the domain https://thexata.es/. Visiting the online store and purchasing any of the offered products implies unconditional acceptance of all these terms and conditions. The legal entity responsible for the site may make changes to the web page to improve its functionality without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and free of typographical errors. In the event of such an error, not caused by the legal entity responsible for the site, it will be promptly corrected. If a typographical error affects the price and a customer makes a purchase decision based on this error, we will inform the customer, who will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

The legal entity responsible for the site is not liable for damages that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, viruses, breakdowns, or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system or users' equipment, caused by factors beyond its control.
5. Customer and User Obligations

Access and use of the portal are prohibited for end consumers and minors without explicit parental consent. 6. Order Acceptance Procedure
An order is considered accepted and binding only after the invoice has been issued and payment has been made. Ordering through the website’s cart, requesting a consultation via forms, phone calls, consultations, requests on social networks, and other communication methods does not constitute complete acceptance of the order and does not obligate its fulfillment.
7. Warranty
The warranty allows for the replacement of goods in the case of manufacturing defects, but a refund for the product is not available. Upon receiving the product, the buyer must inspect and confirm the number of packages and their condition before signing the delivery note. If the product cannot be inspected, it should be marked as "requires inspection" on the carrier's delivery note.
8. Preparation and Delivery Times
The preparation time for goods in the warehouse is from 3 to 7 days from the order placement and/or payment confirmation. For items not in stock, the date will be individually agreed upon with the customer. Delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days depending on the destination region or country. The customer will receive an email notification when the item leaves the warehouse.
9. Returns
Products can only be returned if they are unused, not assembled, and in their original packaging. Responsibility for damages occurring during transportation lies with the customer. It is essential to check the integrity of the product and packaging upon receipt from the carrier.
10. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer in euros. The customer has the right to cancel the order, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
