The Quarz coffee table (quartz) is characterized by strict edges and intricate geometric elements. It is an interpretation of the natural form. The table is inspired by the mineral of the same name, quartz. Accumulations of its crystals gave rise to a chaotic structure of the underframe, assembled from prisms and pyramids. The sharp edges of the rectangular table top complete the look. With an oil-tinted finish, the sweeping wood grain is preserved. And the total black finish reveals a deep surface texture.
